At the initial consultation, we explain our thorough Policies and Procedures which are all outlined in a contract that the client reads and signs to ensure that you and your family get the best care for your pets and your home.

Pets:
These include policies on how your pet is handled and cared for: eg. including responsibilities like the usage of leashes and cages, the necessity of taking injured or sick pets to the vet, use of doggy doors, feeding and medicating directions etc...
